What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design, build, and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake to serve as a single source of truth for analyses

Create robust dashboards and visualizations using ThoughtSpot or similar tools for actionable insights

Analyze complex data sets and present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management

Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering stakeholders to enhance analytics infrastructure

Mentor and guide other analysts to improve team quality and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst with a bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise, preferably with Snowflake

Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics

Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Executive communication skills with a history of presenting to VP+ audiences

Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
