Job Description What is the opportunity?

The BCST Global Payments team seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a dual‑capacity role combining CLS Manager development expertise with advanced SWIFT messaging knowledge.

What you will do:

Design, develop, and maintain CLS Manager applications and integrations that support our clearing and settlement infrastructure.

Build robust solutions for bilateral and multilateral netting, manage liquidity positions, and ensure seamless connectivity with the Continuous Linked Settlement system.

Troubleshoot complex settlement scenarios, optimize performance, and implement enhancements that reduce settlement risk and operational friction.

Design and code application programs; perform testing for developed applications.

Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large‑scale system.

Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems and maintain records for the documentation of system development and revisions.

Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

Must‑have:

Understanding of foreign exchange and payments processing.

Experience working with SWIFT protocol.

Hands‑on development utilizing Java and SQL.

Nice to have:

Exposure to AI tooling.

Hands‑on people management.

Experience working with CLS.
