Learning Management System Administrator Must:

end-to-end implementation and support experience on SF LMS module.

2-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors – LMS

Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module

Hands‑on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module

Create and configure Excel documents to successfully import into LMS

Upload and test courses to iContent and other content management systems

Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices

Hands‑on all the data models and knowledge of XML

System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint

Preparation & execution of test cases / test plans / test scripts

Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows

Should have basic experience in SAP HCM – PA/OM module
