About the Role
We’re looking for a
Low-Code / No-Code Automation Manager
to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of business automations across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of
operations, technology, and AI
, with strong visibility to leadership and a clear growth path toward
Director of Automation or Director of AI
.
You’ll own our automation roadmap, turn manual processes into scalable systems, and help shape how AI is responsibly integrated into day-to-day work.

What You'll Do:
Own and execute the
automation strategy
across teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support)
Design, build, and maintain
low-code / no-code workflows
using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Retool, or similar
Introduce and manage
AI-powered automations
(LLMs, AI agents, document processing, decision support)
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities
Establish
best practices, governance, documentation, and monitoring
for automations
Lead and mentor automation builders or citizen developers
Measure impact (time saved, cost reduction, scalability, quality improvements)
Advise leadership on
AI and automation roadmap decisions
What We're Looking for:
Required
4–7+ years experience in automation, operations, systems, or digital transformation
Strong hands-on experience with
low-code / no-code tools
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience managing complex workflows, integrations, and edge cases
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience with
AI tools
(LLMs, AI agents, RPA + AI, document intelligence)
Light coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, APIs)
Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives
Background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
