Brazil Country Logistics Manager

Responsible for conducting preliminary research on the target country's environment, including but not limited to macro political and economic policies, free trade agreements, as well as micro-level latest customs policies and logistics industry trends. Responsible for the planning and implementation of logistics business models in target countries, formulating solutions for import and export customs affairs, cross-border transportation, warehousing, local distribution, etc., and being accountable for the control of logistics costs and achievement of efficiency targets. Responsible for the establishment and management of local overseas teams, coordinating with various departments at the headquarters to jointly formulate business operation indicators and coordination mechanisms, so as to meet the requirements of on-time and quality delivery of customer orders. Responsible for the overall coordination and liaison with overseas factories/bases and their relevant parties in terms of demand management, contract negotiation and signing, operational service indicators, etc., being accountable for customer satisfaction, and assisting in improving the operational efficiency of the value chain. Responsible for formulating the supplier management system and the development and introduction of local logistics resources, and continuously optimizing and improving local logistics service capabilities through the KPI evaluation and operation management mechanisms for overseas logistics service providers.
