, is establishing its operations in Brazil as part of its next phase of international growth.

To lead this strategic market entry, we are seeking a

Managing Director Brazil

- with strong

commercial backbone

- who will play a pivotal role in

establishing the local operation

and shaping the company’s long-term development in the region. Reporting directly to Headquarters, the Managing Director will assume full responsibility for building and leading the Brazilian operation — combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership

, with clear accountability for revenue generation and sustainable business growth; Leadership of Business Development and commercial expansion

, definition and execution of the Brazil market strategy, aligned with global objectives and corporate governance; Financial leadership

and performance monitoring; Building and leading a lean and high-performing local organization

, fostering a leadership culture that is people-centered, performance-driven and accountability-focused; Identification and execution of growth, scaling and operational development initiatives, ensuring the successful establishment of the Brazilian operation; Structured and transparent reporting to Headquarters

, ensuring governance alignment and strong visibility of business performance

Ideal Profile Strong commercial leadership background

, with demonstrable responsibility for revenue growth; Experience within

European / Nordic SME environments

, with an understanding of entrepreneurial cultures and lean organizational structures; Exposure to healthcare or adjacent

regulated industries

; Proven P&L ownership

and successful track record in Business Development; Experience in

market entry, scaling operations

or transformation scenarios is considered a strong advantage; Interculturally savvy,

excellent

English fluency

and experience reporting to international headquarters

Academic Background Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences; MBA or advanced management education advantageous; Strong financial acumen with proven P&L understanding; Exposure to

regulated industries

(MedTech / Healthcare) ; International experience within European SME structures desirable.
