Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in translating business needs into data-driven solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing decision-making through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions. • Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery. • Review dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. • Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization. • Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects. • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity. Qualifications

: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a data or analytics-focused environment. 5 years MINIMUM • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must. Preferred Skills: • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. • Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts. • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related credentials.
