UGC Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a UGC Coordinator to own and lead our creator operations end-to-end.
This role is critical to keeping our content engine moving: sourcing top-tier creators, managing relationships, anticipating roadblocks, negotiating UGC costs, and ensuring deliverables flow smoothly from concept to edit-ready.
You’ll be the
point person between creators, Creative Strategists, and Operations , bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and solves problems independently.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to delivery and payment
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and communication
Act as the operational hub for all creator-related projects, keeping internal tools (Notion, Slack, etc) accurate, up to date, and easy to understand at a glance
Proactively track progress across all concepts and creators, identifying risks, delays, or gaps before they escalate
Coordinate closely with Creative Strategists to ensure creators are fully aligned on briefs, constraints, and deliverables
Ensure seamless handoff of content to post-production, with well-organized assets and clear documentation
Handle reshoots, revisions, and edge cases with a solution-first mindset
Manage & negotiate creator payments and documentation in a timely and organized manner
What Success Looks Like
Anyone opening our tracking systems can instantly understand the status of every creator and deliverable
Creators feel supported, informed, and motivated to deliver high-quality content on time
Issues are flagged early, communicated clearly, and resolved efficiently
Content moves forward without bottlenecks, confusion, or last-minute fire drills

Experience & Background
Proven experience working with creators, talent, or influencers (UGC content preferred)
Comfortable operating in a
fast-paced, high-output environment
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, operations, and production teams

Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary from $2,000-$3,250 USD per month
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Flexible Schedule just a few hours overlap with EST is fine)
Fully Remote
Time Zone: EST
