Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 8+ years of experience to join our technology team supporting corporate and wholesale financial platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, resilience, security, and scalability of mission-critical systems used in large-scale financial operations. You will work closely with platform, development, security, and risk teams to operate highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance, availability, and operational excellence across core financial services.

Responsibilities

Design, operate, and continuously

improve high-availability systems supporting corporate and wholesale financial products Define and manage

SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with business-critical financial services Ensure

24/7

reliability of systems with strict uptime, latency, and data integrity requirements Lead incident response, major incident management (

MIM

), and post-incident reviews Build and maintain advanced monitoring, alerting, and

observability platforms Automate infrastructure

provisioning, deployment, and operational processes Collaborate with

security and risk teams to meet regulatory

, audit, and

compliance

requirements Contribute to resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies Mentor engineers and promote

SRE

culture and best practices

Requirements

8+ years of experience in

SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong experience operating

mission-critical

systems in production Background in Operative system and networking Proven experience with cloud platforms (

AWS, GCP, or Azure

) in regulated environments Experience with Infrastructure as

Code (Terraform preferred) Expertise in observability and monitoring

(Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.) Experience with

CI/CD

pipelines and deployment automation Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language:

Java, React Strong understanding of

operational risk and reliability engineering
