What You'll Be Doing
Email & Calendar Management
Prioritize and manage the executive’s inbox with strategic filtering
Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Schedule and reschedule meetings with investors, clients, and team members
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and key stakeholders
Draft professional correspondence and investor communications
Manage Slack channels and ensure timely response to critical messages
Meeting Management & Client Accountability
Prepare detailed meeting agendas and briefing materials
Send pre-meeting reminders with action items and expectations
Follow up post-meeting with accountability summaries and next steps

Create and maintain standard operating procedures

3+ years of experience
supporting executives in financial services, asset management, or a similar high-stakes environment
Deep understanding of

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
