What’s in it for you: Work with a Fortune 500 company on a critical system vital to its operations Build hands-on experience in the fast-paced and ever-evolving fintech industry Help rewrite the QA framework from scratch, implementing best practices and driving real change ✅ Is that you? 8+ years in QA, with 5+ years in test automation Strong experience with QA processes and tools Proficiency in .NET, and C# Experience with Selenium or Playwright, including building automated test frameworks from scratch Skills in API, performance, and integration testing Hands-on experience in manual testing In-depth knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working within Agile teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making Strong proactivity, work ownership, accountability Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll own the QA strategy for a high-speed, intense fintech project, increasing automation test coverage and driving continuous improvements in testing processes. Help the QA team to increase test automation speed and coverage Streamline automated testing processes for efficiency Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright Conduct API, performance, and integration testing Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility for stakeholders Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies Mentor junior QAs on best practices in test automation Create and maintain relevant test documentation Assist with manual testing when necessary What’s working at Dev.Pro like?
