The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying their needs, and proposing customized solutions that contribute to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. This professional will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Responsabilities: • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives. • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking. • Create customized sales proposals that meet the specific needs of clients, presenting innovative solutions. • Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that comply with company policies. • Monitor market and competitor trends, adjusting sales strategies as needed.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and revenue forecasts, analyzing account performance and identifying areas for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products/services.

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the company's products/services. Qualifications : • Must be able to commute to Louveira, SP • Bachelor’s Degree • 3-5 years proven work experience in Sales directly in labels or flexible packaging. • Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Systems Sales Force, Protheus • Bilingual (english/portuguese)#LI-SV1
