Intermediate Business Analyst – OP01932

We invite a confident and energetic Intermediate Business Analyst with a strong technical mindset to join our team. You’ll contribute to an exciting integration project within the dynamic Point of Sale (POS) domain, working closely with a skilled international team of engineers, QAs, product stakeholders, and clients. You’ll use your analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and value throughout the development process.

✅ Is that you?
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
Proven skill in documenting system requirements, organizing data, and simplifying complex concepts
Technical literacy and understanding of data structures, scripting, infrastructure, and API communication
Knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence)
Proficiency in G Suite and flowcharting tools like LucidChart
Experience creating wireframes and collaborating with UI/UX teams
Experience with bug tracking, modeling, and collaboration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced English level
Confidence, proactivity, and effective communication for client and stakeholder interactions
Desirable:
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern software engineering practices
Familiarity with the payments or finance sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
Experience preparing requirements for third-party integrations
Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the product team to document business needs and transform them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Collaborate with product stakeholders to gather, define, and document feature requirements
Write and analyze user stories, ensuring technical clarity and alignment with business goals
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development
Assist stakeholders with prioritization and implement requested changes
Visualize workflows using flowcharts, UML, or BPMN
Prepare wireframes and collaborate with UI/UX teams to align designs with technical requirements
Present implemented solutions to clients and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
