About the Role We’re hiring a Operations Manager with a strong hospitality background to oversee and optimize operations for a fast-paced short-term rental portfolio (30–40+ properties). This is not traditional property management. It requires high reactivity, deep guest experience understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to build systems that scale.

Responsibilities Build and optimize operational systems, structures, and SOPs. Oversee vendors, manage quotes, coordinate services, and ensure execution quality. Manage guest experience operations with a hospitality-first mindset. Train and optimize AI agents (currently implementing Host Buddy for guest communication). Manage and supervise VAs, define responsibilities, and ensure accountability. Coordinate internal teams and external partners effectively. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all short-term rental properties. Maintain high service standards in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements Hospitality background, hotel management or short-term rental experience required. Experience managing 30-40+ short-term rental properties or similar scale hotel operations. Strong systems builder with experience creating SOPs and operational frameworks. Experience managing vendors, quotes, and service coordination. Experience leading and managing remote teams and VAs. Ability to train and implement AI tools for operational workflows. High attention to detail and ability to react quickly in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management ability.
