Marketing Strategist / Marketing Manager (SEO, AEO & Social Media)

We are hiring a high-caliber Marketing Strategist / Marketing Manager who can both think strategically and execute consistently. This is not a coordination role. This is a performance role.

You will lead hands-on execution across: SEO AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Social media growth Multi-channel campaigns Event and community marketing You will work directly with leadership and gradually take ownership of marketing execution across multiple markets. If you are analytical, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and execute measurable marketing initiatives aligned with business goals Launch multi-channel campaigns driving engagement and conversions Track ROI and optimize based on performance data Support event and community-based marketing initiatives SEO & AEO Execution Implement on-page SEO best practices Build and expand keyword clusters Optimize content for: Featured Snippets Voice Search AI-generated search results Conversational search queries Work with technical SEO partners Use analytics tools to improve rankings and conversions Content & Email Marketing Create SEO-aligned content Repurpose content across channels Manage newsletters and promotional emails Maintain brand consistency Social Media Execution Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Improve engagement and visibility Monitor performance metrics Optimize based on data Tools You May Use Google Search Console SEMrush / Moz Google Analytics Meta Business Suite Canva / Adobe Creative Suite Mailchimp / Constant Contact Required Qualifications 3+ years of digital marketing experience Strong on-page SEO expertise Understanding of AI-driven search trends and AEO Social media management experience Email marketing experience Data-driven decision-making ability Strong written English Ability to work independently during US hours Work Setup: 100% Remote Schedule: US Hours Compensation: Up to $8/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Important Notice By submitting your application, you acknowledge and provide your explicit consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of the personal information contained in your application.
