Operate Talent is recruiting an Arabic-speaking Project Manager โ Marketing (Freelancer) on behalf of an international client developing strategic marketing initiatives between Latin America and Lebanon.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and culturally fluent professional who can lead cross-border marketing projects, manage diverse stakeholders, and translate strategy into impactful execution across two distinct markets.
You will oversee marketing initiatives that connect Latin American audiences with Lebanese businesses, products, and services, bridging regions through thoughtful strategy, operational excellence, and cultural intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design marketing strategies linking Latin America and Lebanon.
Analyze trends in both regions to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, events).
Project Management & Execution
Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from planning to delivery.
Build timelines, manage budgets, and ensure resources are aligned with objectives.
Coordinate remote, cross-functional teams (design, content, media, etc.) across regions.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in Latin America and Lebanon.
Provide regular updates on progress, performance, and outcomes.
Build relationships with partners, influencers, and local stakeholders in Lebanon.
Cultural Adaptation & Market Research
Conduct market research to understand cultural and commercial dynamics in both regions.
Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with diverse audiences.
Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
Travel & On-Site Support (Lebanon)
Travel to Lebanon 2โ3 times per year for meetings, coordination, and market research.
Support local activations, events, and partnerships.
Conduct in-person competitor and market analysis.
Reporting & Performance
Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
Prepare clear reports measuring ROI and impact.
Optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic (Lebanese dialect), English, and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and marketing, ideally in international or cross-cultural contexts.
Strong understanding of Latin American and Lebanese markets and business environments.
Experience with digital marketing channels (social, content, SEO/SEM, email, influencers).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Leadership experience with distributed teams across time zones.
Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar.
Availability to travel to Lebanon 2โ3 times per year.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a freelance structure.
