Mandatory Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in software development, either full stack or front-end focused. Strong expertise in
.NET C#
development and experience supporting legacy
.NET Framework
applications while contributing to modernization efforts in
.NET Core / .NET , including API integrations. Proficiency with
React ,
JavaScript ,
TypeScript ,
HTML5 , and
CSS3 . Experience designing, building, and maintaining
REST APIs . Hands-on experience using
Kendo UI
for component-rich front-end development. Experience building cross-platform applications with
.NET MAUI . Experience with relational databases, with
SQL Server
preferred. Knowledge of
OAuth 2.0 ,
JWT , and other identity features. Knowledge of software architecture patterns like
MVC ,
MVVM , layered architecture, and microservices. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with
Microsoft Power Platform , including
Power Apps ,
Power Automate , and
Power BI . Knowledge of
Azure
services, particularly for web apps, API hosting, and DevOps pipelines. Experience with

CI/CD
pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Understanding of secure coding practices, identity management, and data protection, important for the international insurance environment. Experience working in healthcare or insurance industries is a plus.
