Experience working directly on the implementation of process improvements and the integration of technological solutions. Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. Advanced English language skills (mandatory).

Technical Skills Experience in process modeling tools (BPMN) Knowledge in ERP, CRM systems, and other key technological platforms for the company. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies. Ability to perform data analysis and generate insights from it, handling Power BI (or similar: Tableau)
