Coordenador(a) de Experiência Corporativa

São Paulo/SP – Brazil (Onsite)
Contract Duration:
6 months (TEMPORARY)
Compensation:
BRL 8,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Coordinate day-to-day front-of-house activities, including visitor check-in, deliveries, and general reception support.
Monitor service quality and respond promptly to internal requests, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Liaise with external suppliers to guarantee consistent service delivery standards.
Support food & beverage services and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and corporate events.
Manage office inventory and supplies, including purchasing, stock control, and organization of common areas.
Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace readiness and access coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Administrative Support, Facilities, etc.) to streamline processes and improve workplace services.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to workplace experience.
Support the planning and execution of in-office events and special initiatives across Brazil and neighboring regional offices.
Help ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and participate in emergency preparedness activities.
Provide operational support to regional workplace teams as needed.
Qualifications
Advanced English required;
Spanish is a plus.
3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, facilities, office administration, hospitality, or similar roles.
Previous exposure to catering coordination and event logistics in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc.).
Flexibility to occasionally support events outside of standard business hours.
