Our Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is looking for an Associate Specialist to join us. This program is designed to select early talents and turn them into future leaders by providing a continuous development experience. During the 2 years, you’ll gain hands-on expertise in critical areas within Supply Chain Management, such as Global Trade Compliance, Demand Fulfillment, and Distribution & Logistics, paving the way for future leadership roles at Organon.

As part of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our inventory is optimized to meet customer demand by managing supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory control, packaging, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to build a robust demand and supply strategy, ensuring products reach the right customers at the right time. With the integration of advanced analytics, during your rotational assignments. The position offered is hybrid, with time attended remotely, as well as time to attend site meetings in São Paulo Office or others.

Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, , Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field.

Required Experience and Skills: English language proficiency

Proficient in Excel and advanced analytics methods

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Communication skills with ability to effectively speak with senior management

Team player that is also capable of working independently

Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
