You'll help us build and enhance a flexible asset tokenization platform with robust smart contract capabilities for our client, a renowned regtech and fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions.

✅ Is that you? 4+ years of Business Analyst experience 1+ year hands-on experience in FinTech Solid financial background and ability to analyze complex scenarios across financial instruments Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) Experience managing and prioritizing team backlogs with Product Managers and stakeholders Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and techniques Proficiency in BPMN for process modeling Experience creating ERDs and sequence diagrams Familiarity with JSON and XML Experience with REST APIs and collaborating on integrations with developers Understanding of client–server architecture Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders Extensive experience of working with distributed teams Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable: Experience with blockchain projects Experience working with UI/UX designers

Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll use your knowledge and skills to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the development process, enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the team’s blockchain projects.

Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
