Position Overview
The Sales Development Manager – LATAM is a critical position responsible for leading the regional SDR team. This role requires a motivated, results-driven leader with expertise in inbound and outbound B2B marketing ads, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to maximize SDR team performance, ensuring process adherence, relevant opportunity creation volume and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead SDR Sales Managers and support SDR Sales reps, fostering a culture of coaching, continuous learning, and performance improvement among all team members. Manage (direct or indirectly) recruitment, onboarding, and development of the SDR team across LATAM.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and sales reports to identify improvement areas, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize team efficiency and outcomes. Deliver regular performance reports and lead/account conversion metrics.
- Talent Development: Identify development and training opportunities for coordinators and SDRs, ensuring the team's skills and knowledge meet market needs.
- Pipeline Development & Campaign Oversight: Oversee execution of outbound and inbound SDR workflows, ensuring optimization of lead quality and conversion rates. Ensure seamless handoffs to the Program Management team with clear qualification criteria.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Promote a culture of experimentation, encouraging the team to test new approaches to continuously improve prospecting and qualification effectiveness. Proactively recommend improvements to Pinterest IM about SDR process workflows and sales needs.
- Resource Management: Ensure the SDR team has the necessary resources and tools to perform their functions efficiently, maintaining clean and accurate records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Ensure thorough understanding of all initiatives among stakeholders and oversee execution by relevant teams within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple delivery outcomes simultaneously, providing strategic and tactical guidance as needed, while developing team members and maintaining high operational excellence.
