In this role, reporting to the Head of People Tech & Analytics in Germany, you’ll act as the primary People Analytics for Brazil while contributing to our global analytics foundations. You’ll work as part of a small, focused team of People Analytics and an Analytics Engineers, combining analytical expertise with technical depth to deliver high-quality workforce insights. You’ll partner closely with the Brazil People team, GTM and Operations leaders, Payroll, and People Tech stakeholders to ensure insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with global standards.
What you'll do :
Own recurring and ad-hoc people analytics for Brazil, including eNPS, turnover, absenteeism, hiring capacity, workforce planning, and compensation patterns.
Prepare accurate, stakeholder-ready workforce reporting packages for regulatory and audit requirements.
Act as the local analytical link to People Tech by leveraging Workday reporting, dashboards, and existing analytics tooling as the primary source of truth.
Standardise recurring reporting templates and structures to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Take ownership of the monthly people-related financial reporting communication, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
Contribute to global People Analytics initiatives by aligning Brazil reporting with shared definitions, governance, and quality standards.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with structured datasets to generate clear insights and practical recommendations.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivots, lookups, formulas, data cleaning, and building reliable, reusable reporting templates.
Basic SQL knowledge and confidence reading, adapting, or validating simple queries to ensure data accuracy.
Experience working with HR data, workforce metrics, or people analytics; exposure to Workday or another HRIS is a plus.
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
A learning mindset, with curiosity about people analytics, openness to feedback, and motivation to continuously improve your technical and analytical skills.
