We are a fast-growing FMCG company expanding aggressively in Brazil. We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to drive growth with top retail chains and modern trade partners across the country
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic accounts
Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales, distribution, and market share
Lead promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and trade programs with buyers
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to optimize results
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and distribution partners to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
5+ years in Key Account or Modern Trade in FMCG
Experience managing large retail chains in Brazil
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Willing to travel across Brazil as needed
