International Finance Specialist (China-Brazil)

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Chinese parent company in completing the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement preparation, including collating and providing underlying data for the consolidation of domestic and overseas entities, ensuring that the financial statements are accurate, timely and meet the financial management requirements of the Chinese group. Be responsible for sorting out and optimizing consolidated working papers and consolidated reporting processes, and completing the informatization, systematization and intelligent upgrading of consolidated reporting work. Be responsible for financial communication and data collation between the group and the Brazilian subsidiary, including but not limited to providing information disclosure data, collating budget data, preparing final accounts and formulating fund plans. Be responsible for the information entry and maintenance of the customer default insurance system for the Brazilian entity. Be familiar with Brazilian tax laws and regulations, ensure the compliance of the company’s tax declaration and payment, and assist the Brazilian finance team in handling tax-related matters. Be responsible for coordinating the specific implementation of annual audits, special audits and financial internal control audits, including data communication, information provision and document verification. Establish and optimize the China-Brazil cross-border financial management mechanism, and resolve various problems in financial collaboration between the two parties. Conduct business analysis and regularly issue monthly, quarterly and annual business data analysis reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related majors; candidates with CPA, ACCA or Brazilian Certified Public Accountant certificates are preferred. Experience in cross-border consolidated financial reporting or expatriate financial work. Proficient in the accounting standards of both China and Brazil, with a good understanding of Brazilian tax requirements and practical experience in tax compliance management. Portuguese as a working language, capable of conducting local communication independently; fluent in English and Mandarin.
