Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Portuguese & English
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who is fluent in Portuguese and English to support hiring needs for the Brazil market and US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Brazil-based candidates and stakeholders while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (US market exposure is a plus)
Communicate effectively with Brazil-based candidates in Portuguese
Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various IT technologies
Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles accordingly
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring deadlines
Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and ATS updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in English (speaking & understanding) is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work with candidates across different time zones
Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for Brazil or LATAM markets
Familiarity with US IT contract staffing processes
