About The Role Pharma Partnership Manager plays a central role in the company's expansion efforts, partnership management, local market adaptation, opportunity identification, and team building in the new market. What You’ll Do •

Coordinate and support operations of Elfie solution in Brazil in partnership with our local pharmaceutical partners • Identify medical, marketing, and sales opportunities to accelerate adoption of the Elfie solution • Localize the solution and its marketing collaterals to the market languages or local specificities • Drive offline users acquisition through partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacy chains and other relevant actors • Develop local brand partnerships to source locally relevant rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app) • Act as the representative of the company with regards to local external parties What You’ll Need • Experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical company ways of working • Native Portuguese and professional level fluency in English • Experience in digital marketing from acquisition to engagement to retention via content, community, influencer, media. • Experience in early-stage startup (digital health is a strong plus yet not mandatory) Why Join Elfie?
