Exchange Administrator

About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced professional with a strong focus on the administration and support of Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing corporate environments and working with mission-critical technologies that ensure business continuity. This role requires availability to participate in an on-call rotation and the ability to communicate in English with global teams. The position is offered under a contractor model.

Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Exchange 2016 and Office 365 environments, ensuring platform availability, stability, and performance. Manage and optimize Active Directory environments, including security policies, authentication, and organizational structures. Create, review, and automate processes using PowerShell to increase efficiency and operational control. Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades. Be available to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, responding to incidents and critical issues as needed.

Requirements: Proven experience with Exchange 2016, including maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong experience with Office 365, focusing on identity administration, licensing, and end-user support. Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory, including DNS, Group Policies (GPOs), and authentication. Advanced PowerShell skills, with the ability to build and maintain scripts for automation and problem resolution. Conversational English is required, as the role involves interaction with international teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work under a contractor model.

Preferred Skills: Microsoft certifications related to the responsibilities of the role. AWS experience is a plus.
