Analytics Architect

to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced analytics solutions using Azure Databricks, Azure Fabric, and related cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in big data, data engineering, cloud computing, and SQL, and will provide technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performance data solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure Fabric. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Oversee end-to-end implementation of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation workflows. Integrate Azure Databricks with other Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory, as well as on-premise systems. Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, data security, and scalability. Mentor and guide the data engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain proper documentation of architecture, processes, and data flows, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Databricks, Azure analytics, and related technologies to drive innovation. Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, including cluster management, notebook development, and Delta Lake. Proficiency in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and frameworks such as PySpark. Deep understanding of Azure services including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with NoSQL databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of cloud security best practices and data governance. Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for analytics and integration tasks. Familiarity with Spark Streaming for real-time data processing. Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and infrastructure-as-code practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide a team of data engineers effectively. Proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. Educational Qualification: Minimum: BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent. Preferred: M.Tech or MS in a relevant field.
