Principal Business Performance Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI - Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across offers, landing pages, and user journeys - Use advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement - Develop customer segmentation and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness - Build and maintain dashboards to track affiliate KPIs and business performance - Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Technology teams - Partner with affiliate stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar) - 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing analytics, or performance analysis - Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis - Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis - Proven experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing - Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics - Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau or Google Data Studio - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery - Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Rakuten or Income Access - Background in subscription-based or e-commerce businesses - Experience using JIRA and Confluence
