Arabic-Speaker Protection Officer (Unarmed)

Operate Talent is recruiting a Protection Officer (Unarmed) on behalf of an international client requiring high-level personal security support in Brazil, with potential travel to the Middle East. This role is ideal for a disciplined, culturally fluent, and highly professional security specialist who can operate discreetly in dynamic environments and ensure personal safety with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

You will be responsible for maintaining personal security during daily activities, official meetings, events, and international travel, with a strong focus on prevention, risk mitigation, and situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Protection & Risk Prevention Provide close protection during daily routines, professional engagements, and travel. Conduct route planning and site risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Maintain constant situational awareness to prevent theft, harassment, or targeted incidents. Ensure secure movement in urban and high-traffic environments.

Coordination & Emergency Response Coordinate with local authorities or security stakeholders when necessary. Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies. Adapt quickly to changing environments and operational needs.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity when operating across Brazilian and Middle Eastern environments. Represent the highest level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Travel & Flexibility Travel internationally to the Middle East as required. Maintain flexibility for extended hours and evolving schedules.

Skills & Qualifications Fluent in Arabic, Portuguese, and English (spoken and written). Currently residing in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. Proven experience in executive protection, personal security, law enforcement, or military service. Strong knowledge of threat assessment and risk mitigation in unarmed roles. Excellent physical condition and professional presentation. Ability to operate confidently in both Brazilian and Middle Eastern cultural environments. Formal executive protection or security training is highly desirable. Previous cross-border security experience (Brazil & the Middle East) is an advantage.
