JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a QA Test Automation Engineer with expertise in qTest and Tricentis Tosca to drive test automation efforts, ensuring high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate will have experience managing test cases in qTest, automating functional and regression tests using Tosca, and integrating test automation. This role involves close collaboration with developers, functional analyst, business analysts, business process leads and QA team to enhance testing efficiency and software reliability. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for UI and API testing.

Manage and track test cases, test plans, and test execution using qTest.

Integrate qTest and Tosca with Jira and other automation tools.

Automate regression, functional, and end-to-end testing using Tosca Model-Based Testing (MBT).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation frameworks.

Identify, document, and track defects using qTest and Jira.

Stay updated on test automation trends and recommend best practices.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in test automation and software testing

Hands-on experience with qTest for test management and reporting

Strong knowledge of Tricentis Tosca for functional and API test automation

Familiarity with Tosca TestCase Design and Tosca Commander

Experience with API testing using Tosca

Tosca AS1 and AS2 certifications are an added advantage

Experience in automating SAP functional modules including SAP FIORI (Desired)

Proficiency in test automation frameworks and best practices

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex requirements

Exposure to security testing best practices
