R$ 3,000.00 + Transportation allowance (on-site days) + Meal allowance (R$ 25.00/day)

The Mission We are looking for a strategic and communicative professional to be our voice abroad! As an International Business Associate, you will be the bridge between our company and major global players (acquirers, processors, and gateways). Your main goal is to prospect, negotiate, and facilitate contract closures in foreign markets. No previous experience in the payments industry is required – we will provide all the necessary training!

Key Responsibilities

Active Prospecting:

Identify and reach out to potential international partners and acquirers that align with our company’s strategy. Global Communication:

Conduct business meetings and email correspondence in English to present our services. Contractual Support:

Assist in organizing documents and terms for closing international partnerships. Market Monitoring:

Stay updated on global payment trends and international regulations. Reporting:

Keep the board updated on the status of negotiation pipelines with foreign partners.

Mandatory Requirements

Languages:

Fluent English (Written and Spoken)

is mandatory. You must be comfortable negotiating and presenting in English. Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Portuguese and English. Profile:

Proactive, persuasive, and eager to learn about the financial/payments market. Availability:

For the hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro.

Nice to Have (Bonus)

Third Language:

Fluency or advanced level in

Spanish

or Mandarin. Background in International Relations, Foreign Trade, Law, or Languages. Experience with LinkedIn Prospecting or CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
