is searching for a customer service oriented professional to join us as our

Key Account Manager, End Customer . Responsibilities focus on placing customer orders received from our distributors and internal orders from Axis. What You’ll Do Here… Responsible for identifying and selecting important end customers' accounts according to the Region Strategy and the Market Develope clear business plans in these selected accounts; aiming for a long-term relationship Set annual targets for the overall market and each account. Continuously following up with KPIs on these. Work closely together with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects. Ensure that the end customers have the necessary product portfolio to sell Network Video (including software, cabling, networking, and storage Ensure that the end customers are well-trained to sell Axis Solutions and guarantee the Certification needed Run activities that influence and educate the accounts so that they can build an ecosystem of companies around Axis to increase and create a pull in the market with an early involvement in new projects Make end-user visits together with the KAMs and RSMs Work with marketing activities together with the System Integrators in order to attract new end-user opportunities Actively participate in trade shows, Academy seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities Prepare sales reports and constant follow up in order to present the updated Business Plan What We Are Looking For… Ability and motivation to take business from A to Z: building Business Plans; establishing long-term relationships; and closing projects after finding them Confident presenter and negotiator Organized and reliable Ability to manage time and to prioritize Executor and doer Commerical mind-set Energetic and self-driven Goal-oriented Pro-active What You’ll Need… 3 to 5 years' experience in the IT and/or CCTV industry. Experience from working with distributors, integrators, and/or large end-users in the market preferred Experience and understanding from indirect sales Technical background and interest (ability to learn our products) Good knowledge about Brazilian Market, culture and IT/Security Business Preferable networking of Axis existing eco-system in terms of important End Cusomters in Brazil. Very good English, written and spoken. Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift 9 - 18 kg.
