Credit Director

For Financial Services company based in SP/SP. This professional will be responsible for conducting the organization's credit strategy, ensuring balance between growth, profitability and risk control as well as the definition of credit policies, approval and high-risk operations, monitoring of default, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards of the National Financial System and current legislation. He / She will establish criteria, financial exposure limits and guidelines for granting credit, aligning them with the business strategy and will develop and improve credit analysis and decision models, ensuring efficiency and quality in assessments. The executive will be monitoring the performance of credit lines, analyzing results, examining defaults and checking profitability evolution and the economic trends and regulatory changes that impact the credit landscape. He / She must have proven experience in credit leadership positions in the financial services sector and be a master in financial credit modeling. He / She has a graduation in Administration / Business with specializations and completely fluent English.
