We’re seeking a Senior Environment Artist to take a leading role in shaping the design of our upcoming mobile titles and contribute to our growing studio.

Responsibilities Translate

game design intent

into clear, visually compelling environments Build and dress

stylized 3D environments

for mobile games Own

environment layout, composition, and landmark placement Set up and maintain

lighting, mood, and atmosphere

(mobile-friendly) Create and manage

multiple visual states

of environments Develop

modular kits

and reusable environment assets Optimize scenes and assets for

mobile performance Maintain

visual consistency and quality bar

across environments Collaborate closely with

Game Designers and Unity Developers

Requirements 4+ years of experience as a

3D Environment Artist

for games Strong portfolio showcasing

stylized environments Proven experience with

mobile game constraints

(performance, readability) Solid understanding of: Environment composition & scale Lighting for mobile (URP or equivalent) Modular asset workflows Proficiency with tools such as

Blender / Maya / ZBrush / Substance Comfortable working

independently in a remote setup Experience working with

Unity

(environment setup)

Idle / Casual / Tycoon games Ownership of lighting or look-development in past projects Experience reviewing or guiding other artists Familiarity with

mobile post-processing pipelines
