The Role
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager based in Latin America to manage and grow relationships with US-based enterprise clients.
You will act as the primary relationship owner for HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, ensuring they achieve measurable hiring results using the Cadient platform. This role is responsible for client retention, revenue expansion, and strategic account management. You will operate as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize hiring performance while identifying opportunities to expand their use of Cadient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own Client Relationships
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts in the United States
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and talent acquisition leaders
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) analyzing hiring performance and platform usage
Ensure strong platform adoption, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes
Monitor client health signals and proactively resolve risks
Drive Revenue Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and services
Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Build expansion pipelines within existing accounts
Work closely with sales leadership on strategic account growth
Coordinate Across Teams
Partner with product, support, and implementation teams
Ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally
Bring customer insights back to internal teams to improve product and service delivery
What We're Looking For
Required
3–6 years experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS client management
Experience working with US-based customers
Fluent English communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Comfortable discussing business outcomes, ROI, and performance metrics
Experience working remotely across US time zones
Preferred
Experience in HR technology, SaaS, or recruiting platforms
Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, UKG, Paradox, or similar
Experience working with enterprise HR or talent acquisition teams
Experience supporting high-volume hiring industries
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

High client retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Strong platform adoption and client satisfaction
Consistent upsell and expansion opportunities
Clear communication of account risks and opportunities
Strong internal collaboration with sales, product, and support teams
What You'll Be Responsible For in the First 90 Days
Build relationships with 20–40 active US client accounts
Conduct your first client performance and strategy reviews
Identify 3–5 expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Develop strong working relationships with internal product and support teams
Gain deep familiarity with Cadient’s hiring platform and workflows
This Role Is NOT a Fit If

You are uncomfortable owning revenue retention and upsells
You prefer task execution instead of client-facing strategy
You are not comfortable speaking directly with US enterprise clients in English
