Front-End Engineering Technical Lead - (Fintech & Payments | Crypto) - Gowd

We are looking for a

Front-End Engineering Technical Lead

to own the

design, architecture, and implementation of our user interfaces

across web and mobile experiences. This is a

hands-on role

with strong emphasis on

coding, design quality, and technical decision-making , not just coordination.

You will work

directly with Product Management and UI/UX

to translate product vision into scalable, performant, and intuitive user interfaces, while setting engineering standards and best practices for the front-end stack. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys building, shaping architecture, while staying deeply involved in implementation.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadershiop & Architecture Own the

front-end architecture

for web and mobile applications. Make

technical design decisions

around frameworks, components, state management, performance, and scalability. Define and enforce

front-end best practices , coding standards, and UI consistency.

Hands-On Development Design and implement

complex, high-quality UI components. Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. Lead by example through

significant individual code contributions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with

Product

to refine requirements and scope. Work directly with

UI/UX

to ensure design fidelity and usability. Translate product and design concepts into technical solutions.

Requirements 5+ years of front-end engineering experience , with at least

1+ years in a technical leadership role Strong experience with Angular

(required). Experience with Flutter and/or React

(required). Proven track record of building

production-grade, scalable UI applications. Strong understanding of: Component-based architectures; Responsive and accessible design; Performance optimization; Experience working closely with

UI/UX. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have Experience with

Lit (LIT)

or Web Components. Previous experience in

fintech. Knowledge of security best practices for front-end applications.
