JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive for our contracts with global and multinational companies. This person will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, acting as a hunter of potential enterprise clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop an annual business plan, determining sales targets and actions to achieve the established quota; achieve and exceed the quota through the assigned portfolio;

• Produce a 120-Day Prospect Report, which identifies potential companies and actions for closing contracts;

• Ensure management, planning, and constant feedback regarding the client portfolio;

• Identify customer dissatisfaction with existing products and services and execute action plans to resolve problems and retain clients;

• Generate sales to new and existing clients while ensuring high satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

•

Senior experience as a sales hunter in the IT industry

; • Advanced or fluent

English

; • Experience with cold calling; • Experience with

complex sales

and sales cycles of

at least 3 months

for Enterprise clients • Completed higher education

The work model adopted by ADP is hybrid, with 3 days of work in the office and 2 days working from home.
