5 years of experience

working in a professional kitchen Proven experience as a

Head Chef

team management and leadership skills Solid understanding of

food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations Highly creative, with the ability to

translate concepts and ideas into innovative dishes Comfortable

collaborating closely with the owners

throughout the creative and menu development process Experienced yet

young, energetic, and eager to grow , with an open mindset toward learning and evolution Fun, open-minded, and adventurous personality , excited to relocate to Nigeria and be part of a new venture Passionate about

innovation, experimentation, and pushing culinary boundaries Strong appreciation for
