Airswift is seeking an experienced

Billing Analyst

to join a dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, financial controls, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and related operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements. Prepare and validate invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and reconcile financial data. Support audits and reporting activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records. Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Contribute to process improvements and system optimization for billing operations.

Requirements: Minimum

4 years of experience

in billing or financial operations; Proven experience with

Oil & Gas companies

. Advanced English

(spoken and written) – mandatory. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
