Senior Backend Engineer
who thrives on using the
latest and greatest
backend technologies including
.NET 10 and cloud-native patterns .

Our Backend Tech Stack
You’ll be working with a modern, cloud-native environment that includes:
.NET , .Net Core + EF (latest)
MySQL
- primary transactional database
Amazon Redshift
- analytics & reporting
Valkey (Redis)
- high-performance caching
Kubernetes on AWS
- service orchestration & scaling
Heavy use of
AWS native services
across compute, networking, messaging, and storage
Azure DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation
Microservices architecture
following modern design patterns
What You Will Do
Build production-grade backend services using
.NET 10 , .NET Core, and the latest EF features.
Design, build, and support
microservices
that are scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native.
Work across MySQL, Redshift, and Valkey (Redis) to support both transactional and analytical workloads.
Deploy and operate services in
Kubernetes
on AWS.
Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows in
Azure DevOps .
Write
clean, well-tested, maintainable code
with a strong emphasis on
unit testing
and automated testing culture (TDD).
Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Use AI-powered tools for code acceleration, debugging, test generation, refactoring, and documentation.
Contribute to shaping long-term system architecture with a path toward becoming a
Solutions Architect / Principal Engineer .
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong backend experience with
.NET / C# , and comfort with modern runtime features.
Experience with
.NET Core ,
Entity Framework , and cloud-native backend development.
Solid understanding of
microservices architecture , distributed system patterns, and clean coding principles.
Strong experience with
unit testing
and testable architecture.
If candidates cannot demonstrate real unit testing experience or passion, this role is
not
a good match.
Skilled in debugging, profiling, and optimizing backend systems.
Fluent English, comfortable with daily video-based communication.
Ability to work a
full U.S. Pacific Time
schedule.
Nice to Have
Experience with Redshift or other analytical database systems.
Familiarity with AWS native services (SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
Experience with high-scale SaaS, data-heavy systems, or AI/ML integrations.
Experience with domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven patterns, or CQRS.
