Responsibilities Own and lead sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM. Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals. Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities. Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence. Train and advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.). Strong project management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Fluent English
