US Immigration Legal Intern

Location: Remote, Work From Home Reports to: Legal Team Type: Full-Time

Are you a law student or recent graduate (or studying a related discipline) looking to get hands-on experience supporting real U.S. employment-based immigration matters? Beyond Border is looking for a US Immigration Legal Intern to support our growing practice. In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal legal team, gaining practical exposure to how high-quality petitions are built—from intake and evidence gathering to drafting support and filing readiness.

This is a rare chance to contribute directly to an impactful problem with an experienced, dynamic team.

Who are you? Currently pursuing a law degree (JD/LLB) or a related degree (e.g., public policy, international relations, business with legal focus),

or

a recent graduate seeking practical experience Strong written English and attention to detail (you enjoy making documents clearer, tighter, and more persuasive) Highly organized with great attention to details —comfortable working with checklists, deadlines, and multiple cases

Our Team You’ll work directly with seasoned operators who have successfully built multi-million-dollar ventures, including Wework, Glints, MoneySmart, CardUp, and Solifi.
