Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a

Senior DevOps Engineer

to help build, evolve, and operate our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in automation, container orchestration, and scalable infrastructure.

What You’ll Do • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments • Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments in production • Improve observability, monitoring, and system reliability practices • Collaborate with engineering teams to support services and microservices architectures

Requirements • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering • Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, operations, and troubleshooting) • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Tempo, or Loki • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) • Experience with Rust (development, tooling, or integration with services) • Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud security best practices • Technical English proficiency (reading and writing) • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) • Experience with Apache Kafka • PostgreSQL and Redis in production environments • Docker and container orchestration in production • Experience with microservices architecture and APIs (REST/gRPC) • Experience troubleshooting production environments, on-call rotations, and post-mortems • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
