Responsibilities Lead and develop the Direct Sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives and brand positioning. Manage and drive the performance of the Direct Sales team, setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales results. Oversee the full customer journey in direct sales channels, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales follow-up. Develop and execute initiatives to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention across direct sales touchpoints. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and After Sales teams to ensure an integrated and seamless commercial approach. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement of sales strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards across all direct sales activities.

Requirements Proven experience in Direct Sales management, preferably in the automotive, mobility, consumer goods, or high-value retail sectors. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. Solid commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results. Strong analytical skills, with experience working with sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced to fluent English proficiency (spoken and written).

Location and work-mode: 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
