, and we are looking for an experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to drive growth in

industrial networking and industrial communication solutions

, with a strong focus on the

power and energy sector

. Key Responsibilities Drive regional sales growth for

industrial networking and industrial communication solutions

across Brazil and Latin America Develop and manage

key accounts, partners, distributors, and system integrators

in priority LATAM markets Identify and execute new business opportunities in

power, energy, rail, utilities, and industrial automation Lead

solution-based, project-driven sales engagements

with complex industrial customers Build long-term relationships with

utilities, EPCs, system integrators, and large industrial clients Address

market positioning and customer trust challenges

commonly faced by Chinese industrial technology vendors Work closely with

global HQ, R&D, and technical teams

to deliver competitive solutions and strong customer support Contribute to

regional go-to-market strategy

, channel development, and long-term business expansion plans Requirements Proven

B2B sales leadership experience

in

industrial networking, power & energy, or industrial automation Mandatory background in the power and energy industry Strong

hands-on sales experience in Brazil

, with solid understanding of local customers, partners, and channel structures Experience with

solution-based or system-level sales models

(project sales, EPC, utilities, system integrators) Ability to work

independently in a remote-based role in Brazil

, managing regional LATAM responsibilities Excellent

communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a
