Supervise Toothbrushes, Dental Floss maintenance team, focusing on safety and quality in meeting the demands of the operation, in order to guarantee the reliability of the machines, facilities and equipment through the optimized allocation of resources, compliance with the preventive maintenance program, autonomous maintenance program support and maintenance cost control. Support improvement projects and new technologies, ensuring alignment with the area's strategy.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance management.
Coordinate the execution of preventive/corrective maintenance work on machines, facilities and equipment, distributing tasks, clarifying doubts and determining priorities in order to provide quick and efficient service to the area.
Provide technical information during tasks performed by subordinates, monitoring and verifying completed work in order to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
Ensure compliance with the scheduled maintenance/cleaning plan and collect inputs from the operation related to points for improvement in the plans.
Prepare, review and analyze operating and maintenance procedures.
Control and manage maintenance indicators including MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost, Activity Adherence and Maintenance Productivity.
Actively participate in new technology project initiatives, proposing new projects and evaluating market trends.
Promote an environment of commitment to activities related to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Monitor the results of audits and the development of action plans, allocating necessary resources in order to develop the operational excellence program.
Participate and technically assist in the development of improvement work.
Focus on cleanliness and organization through 5S tools, both in administrative areas and in workshops and production areas, including machinery and equipment.
Promote technical and operational training activities, valuing the training of the team in a sustainable and standardized way and directing maintenance resources if necessary.
Ensure up-to-date preventive maintenance plans in line with available resources in the area and business needs.
Promote the digitization of maintenance with a focus on improving performance and results.
Support the planning of scheduled maintenance and cleanings aligned with production, planning, engineering and supply teams.
Ensure the correct functioning of the parts and services replacement request flows.
Basic requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
Solid experience in maintenance management.
Robust mechanical/electrical technical knowledge.
Other Desirable Requirements
Basic English.
