Role Overview: As a PPC Analyst Intern, you will support the Paid Media team in the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and creative strategy, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist in planning and launching ads across Google (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta (FB/IG). Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Reporting: Help create monthly performance reports and dashboards. Technical Setup: Learn to implement tracking and attribution via GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Collaboration: Participate in strategic meetings with Account Managers to align campaigns with client goals.

Who We Are Looking For: Language: Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory. The entire interview process and daily operations are in English. Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced \"agency life\" environment. Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Business Manager work. Bonus points if you have a few months to a year of experience working with paid media. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and a natural interest in data-driven marketing. Availability: Based in Brazil and able to commit to a full-time schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM BRT).

Tools You Will Master: You will gain hands-on experience with the industry-standard \"Tech Stack\": Advertising: Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager. Organization: Google Workspace / Slack.
