About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Frontend Engineer – UX to design and build high-impact internal experiences. This role focuses on creating intuitive interfaces and tools that empower developers and accelerate AI adoption across our platform. The ideal candidate has a strong frontend background, a developer-centric UX mindset, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop UIs for creation and management of internal agents. •Enhance the Backstage IDP and build dashboards for usage and metrics tracking. •Design seamless UX for internal SDKs to improve developer experience (DevEx). •Build interfaces for templates, automation, and other internal tools. •Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure optimal technical and visual experiences.

Requirements

•Strong, advanced experience with React and TypeScript. •Practical experience with Design Systems and consuming complex APIs. •Proven experience with internal applications. •AI-native mindset: daily use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium. •Advanced technical English for global collaboration and communication. Differentials / Nice-to-Have •Knowledge of Backstage platform. •Experience in Developer Experience (DevEx)-focused UX. •Frontend observability, monitoring, and metrics expertise.
